Welcome to the presentation

When you click on the link, you will see a pop up window like this one.

Please click 'Open'

Next the license agreement window will come up.

You must tick the "I accept the terms of the License Agreement" box before installation will commence.

Then press the 'Install" Button

Once the program is installed, the log in window appears.

Enter your name and click 'OK'

Please DO NOT click "'YES' I want to login as a moderator"

Finally another window will pop up asking you for a password. Please enter the password you were given.

That's it! Now you are ready to join the presentation

Please click on the button to install and join the meeting
